What forms do I need to provide to the applicant?
For every employment background search that you initiate, the applicant must be given a copy of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and a “Notification of the Intent to Verify” which we provide directly to the candidate through our paperless QuickApp format. California residents have a similar series of forms in addition to the Federal requirement. Once your account has been established and is ready to begin your screening process, we will email you the ordering instructions and passwords.
Occasionally some states require additional signatures for their driving records, or a previous employer might not accept our digitally authorized forms.
